Ben Wizner has litigated several post-9/11 civil liberties cases in which the government has invoked the state secrets privilege, including Mohamed v. Jeppesen Dataplan, Inc., a suit against a private aviation services company for facilitating the CIA's rendition to torture of five Muslim men.
